The following suggestions can help you choose the right model for your market: .1. CADR: Clean Air Delivery Rate, this assessment can give results that greatly help compare air purifiers from different manufacturers. At the same time, it is recommended to ask the manufacturer to provide the CADR test report of the authoritative laboratory.2. Applicable area: It ensures that the square meters recorded for the air purifier are all the same, or a little larger than the square meters of the area you want to use it. The amount per square meter is calculated according to the CADR related formula. Applicable area (mf) = CADR (m / h) * (0.07 - -0.12).3. Energy usage: Energy usage can affect the price of owning and using an air purifier for end users. Like all appliances, air purifiers use different energy levels. This way you can use kWh per day. A typical air cleaner can use anywhere from 50 watts to 200 watts.4. Noise: Air purifier fan speed and sound noise level. For versions with thicker carbon filters, slower fan speeds can actually produce better filtering results. Fans running too slowly may not be able to push enough air to properly clean the room. Generally speaking, there are proper fan settings and comfortable noise levels, although this may be a small balancing act as it relates to noise. When it is possible to do so, ask for a demonstration before purchasing an air purifier.5. Quality Assurance: Air purifier warranties vary. These include: The use of fireplaces: the burning of wet and moldy logs, softwoods like pine, clogged chimneys and using too big and too many pieces of wood can cause smoke to spread throughout the house, which contaminates the air with hazardous particles. Emptying vacuum cleaners inside the house: this allows all of the dust, allergens, pollen and pet dander to be released back into the air we breathe, making the vacuuming process less effective. Dusting: this simply pushes the dust particles off of the surfaces in our home into the air, increasing the amount we breathe. Wearing shoes indoors: pollutants from outside, such as pollen, can be carried into the home and contaminate the air. This is detrimental to sufferers of hay fever who find it difficult to keep pollen outside of their homes. Smoking indoors: the particles of smoke can remain within the home for many months, thereby decreasing the quality of the air. The use of aerosols: these are substances that are pressurized and released into the air in a fine spray, such as cooking sprays and air fresheners. These can linger in the air for a very long time, and can be detrimental to our health if inhaled over long periods. VOCs: this stands for volatile organic compounds. These are chemicals that can be found in paint, varnishes, paint removers, cleaning supplies, printers, copy paper, markers and certain glues. The inhalation of these chemicals can cause side effects such as headaches, eye, nose and throat irritation, damage to the nervous system, and a few can even cause cancer. 1. Air purifiers are a great way to improve the air quality in your home or office. They work by removing pollutants and other particles from the air, which can help to improve your health and overall environment Your indoor air is often more polluted than the air outside. Since we spend most of our time indoors, our exposure to poor indoor air quality puts us at risk for a number of ailments. An air purifier or air cleaner is a device which removes contaminants from the air in a room to improve indoor air quality. These devices are commonly marketed as being beneficial to allergy sufferers and asthmatics, and at reducing or eliminating second-hand tobacco smoke. Types of air pollutants, can be removed by air purifier · Dust and dust mites · Pet dander and hair · Mold and Plant spores · Pollen · Bacteria · Tobacco and wood smoke, and its smell · Household odours from cooking, pets and chemical cleaners · Volatile Organic Compound An air purifier is a device using a HEPA filter or activated carbon filter, some times, 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 filter, to convert the dirty air into clean air. 2. How long should we replace new filter. Below are 3 useful insight based on actual using. 1. Check the manual - Most air purifiers come with a manual that will provide detailed instructions on how to change the filter. 2. The color of the filter is an unreliable indicator of when to change the filter. 3. HEPAs actually get better at capturing particles as they age. 4. Air speed is the only reliable way to test if your HEPA needs to be changed. 5. Check for leaks - Once you've cleaned and replaced all of the filters, it's important to check for any leaks. This will help you identify and correct any problems quickly and efficiently. 3. How does air purifier work. Air pollution is a significant factor plaguing the planet. Outdoor air gets contaminated for a whole host of reasons citing progress and developments as convenient caveats. Air filters in the Air purifiers utilize fine sieves that filter particles from circulating air. Keep in mind, the finer the sieve used, the smaller the particles it traps and makes it more efficient. High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters, known to be the benchmark in capturing particulate matter trap 99.97% of airborne particles larger than 0.3 microns. The naked eye cannot visually see smaller than 10 microns, so pollutants like bacteria and viruses escape detection. ACs filters also only capture particles sized 10.0 microns or bigger. HEPA filters remove smaller allergens like dust, smoke, chemicals, asbestos, pollen, and pet dander. The more times the air passes through the HEPA filter, the cleaner the air becomes. 4. Do we really need an air purifier? Nothing more to think about purifiers but to know about the air quality which you are going to inhale/breathing, are polluted with lots of dusty particles which are not good for healthy lifestyle. • Why Coffee Maker Is A Must Appliance
Why Coffee Maker Is A Must Appliance Nov 21, 2022
If you were to go into any home in America, the chances of finding a coffee maker sitting on the counter are quite good. Coffee makers have become a standard appliance for most households in this country. They are typically put in the same category as the stove or the microwave oven, something that our society can not live without. They are very simple to operate and require very few supplies. All that is needed to make a cup of coffee is coffee, coffee filters and water. Coffee is no longer just for Mom and Dad in the mornings. More and more people are enjoying a steaming cup of coffee any time of the day, or even at night. Some people don't drink a cup of coffee a day and never feel relieved to work. Having a coffee maker in the kitchen allows people to do this in the comfort of their own homes, instead of having to visit a coffee house whenever they want a cup of coffee. It is probably safe to say that coffee makers are going to remain a standard appliance for most American households. Coffee gets us going in the morning, and with the advances and changes made to what is really a simple machine, Americans are able to enjoy it more and more any time of the day. Since coffee makers have become so common, manufacturers have developed a variety of different models to meet everyone's needs. Drip coffee maker As the name implies, it is used to brew coffee by drip filtration, which is generally composed of an upper funnel and a lower coffee pot. When using, put the ground coffee powder into the funnel. The cold water in the water tank will drop into the funnel containing coffee powder after being heated, and then flow into the coffee pot after soaking and extraction. Features: Generally speaking, the machine body is small and easy to operate. A cup of coffee can be made in a few minutes, with little technical content. The price is relatively low, which is suitable for ordinary families. It is one of the most common coffee machines on the market, and the finished coffee products are similar. The disadvantage is that there are few patterns, and it is impossible to make fancy coffee such as latte and macchiato. Espresso coffee maker It is named because it originated from Italy, and is different from the American drip extraction. The Italian coffee machine uses high pressure hot water to brew espresso. After mixing high pressure steam and water, it quickly passes through the coffee powder and extracts instantly. Features: The coffee made has high quality, few impurities, strong taste and comprehensive functions. It can be used to make various fancy coffees. Due to the need to install boilers, which are large in size and high in cost, they are commonly used in commercial coffee machines. However, in recent years, due to the popularity of espresso, household machines have become more and more popular. Capsule coffee maker The new coffee machine that has become popular in recent years is specially designed for the lazy people who have some requirements for quality. Strictly speaking, it can also be regarded as a kind of Italian coffee machine. Simple and crude operation: just buy capsules of various flavors provided by the machine and the manufacturer, throw the capsules into the machine and press the switch when using, and then a cup of ESPRESSO can be produced. Some people who like espresso very much buy it for home or put it in the office. Features: The operation process is simple and the quality of finished coffee is high. Although the cost of the capsule is high, it is still much cheaper than the full-automatic coffee machine in general, and it is small in size, high in appearance and convenient to clean. In short, it is suitable for people who do not want to use their brains and are lazy to do things. No matter what type of coffee maker you choose for your home, it can let you enjoy the pleasure of hand made coffee. Find out more here
  • How do air purifiers work?
How do air purifiers work? Dec 01, 2022
Air purifiers usually consist of a filter, or multiple filters, and a fan that sucks in and circulates air. As air moves through the filter, pollutants and particles are captured, and the clean air is pushed back out into the living space. Typically, filters are made of paper, fiber (often fiberglass) or mesh, and they require regular replacement to maintain efficiency. How frequently you will have to change filters varies based upon the purifier type and usage. Some filters are reusable and washable, but they require meticulous maintenance, so you don't usually find them on the most effective air purifiers. Reusable filters are generally good at removing larger particles from the air, like dust mites and pollen. You'll also find UV (ultraviolet light) filters on the market, which often claim to destroy biological impurities like mold or bacteria, but many require higher wattage and greater exposure to be effective (not to mention some bacteria is UV-resistant). That means, in addition to the purchase price of an air purifier, you should also factor in operating costs and filter replacement costs. Operational costs can easily amount to $50 annually, since you should be running air purifiers near constantly to garner the benefits. Filter replacements can run upwards of $100 a year all told. Some air purifiers use ionizers to help attract particles like static — negative ions bond to dust and allergens and make them settle out of the air. If you're interested in buying an air cleaner that uses ionizers, make sure it does not produce dangerous levels of ozone (a gas made up of three oxygen atoms that is often marketed as helping break down pollutants), because ozone could be a lung irritant and further aggravate asthma conditions. Usually the air purifiers with ozone will have that listed on the packaging or in the marketing descriptions. Currently, our recommendation until additional testing and more robust industry standards are in place is for people with units with plasma/ionization to use their machines with those functions off. This is due to the fact that there is the potential for unknown harmful consequences, coupled with additional energy usage and a negligible or non-existent increase in purification. What are air purifiers supposed to filter out — and do they actually do it? Most filters on the market are designed to capture particles like dust, smoke and pollen, but they don’t catch gases like VOCs (volatile organic compounds) or radon that may accumulate from adhesives, paints or cleaning products. That would require an absorbent, like activated carbon. In fact, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) warns that the functionality of air purifiers is limited in terms of filtering out gases and that you must frequently replace filters for optimal functionality, usually about every three or so months. Allergens that are embedded into furniture or flooring are also not captured by purifiers. Additionally, the effectiveness of air purifiers in real-world situations likely won't mimic those of controlled conditions in a lab (which is what those "99% effectiveness" claims are referring to!). The location, installation, flow rate and run time for all will vary, as will the conditions in the space. In addition, there are other things happening in your home that may effect the efficacy like ventilation (open or closed windows) and new particles are constantly emerging, so the air might not be as filtered as the claims may have you believe. And to remove allergens, bacteria or viruses that have settled on surfaces, you need to use disinfectant cleaners and/or effective vacuums. If you have any questions about the air purifier, you can contact me here
